La Belle Grange is a beautiful barn conversion set within an attractive walled garden.
The Ground Floor
On entering, through the large double entrance doors, the open plan ground floor space (over 70 square metres) is divided into 3 main areas.
Straight ahead is the dining area with double height beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls and formal dining table.
To the left is the comfortable and cosy lounge area, which has a single height, beamed, solid oak, ceiling.
The lounge is equipped with a TV, video/DVD and Hi-fi system for your enjoyment. A selection of videos, DVDs, CDs and books are also available to help you relax and feel at home.
To the right is the open staircase, which leads to the first floor gallery and the 3 en-suite bedrooms.
To the rear of the dining room is the well equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room and downstairs toilet.
The First Floor
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2 or 3) has solid oak flooring of 20 square metres, beamed ceiling and exposed stone wall. The window overlooks the patio area and garden, situated at the front of the barn. This bedroom is fitted with a double bed. In addition, a single bed is available. There is an en-suite shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) has exposed beams, a tiled floor of 9 square metres, and pastel coloured walls. It is fitted with a double bed.
In addition there is an en-suite shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) is a mirror image of bedroom 2 but is equipped with twin single beds.
All bedrooms are fitted with electrically operated Velux windows with shutters.
Cot available if required. Please note, we do not provide linen for the cot.
Outside Space
To the front of the barn is a large sunny patio area, perfect for alfresco dining. In addition, there is a cool, shaded loggia where you can sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and a good book.
You will be greeted on arrival by the owners, Phil and Christine, who live in the farmhouse within the grounds.
