We do not allow pets
Change over day is normally Saturday (Arrival after 4:00pm. Departure before 10:00am.)
A deposit (non-refundable) of 25% is payable with confirmation of booking. The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
Personal towels are included (1 x hand towel & 1 x shower towel per person)
The tariffs do not include cleaning and we would ask that guests leave the gîte clean and tidy on departure.
Underfloor central heating is not included and will be charged at 60.00 euros per week (Payable on arrival.)
A refundable security deposit of 250 Euros or £200 is payable with the balance.
